Coby Courtois
Owner | Asset Manager
Coby Courtois brings nearly two decades of leadership experience from his time as a full-time manager with New York Life, a Fortune 100 company, where he served over 19 years from 2002 to 2021. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 2017, transitioning fully into real estate in late 2021. Since then, he and his business partner, Cye Courtois, have built an impressive real estate portfolio that includes 67 single-family homes and six apartment complexes — totaling 207 units and a combined 274 doors under management. Coby’s commitment to excellence and strategic growth continues to drive the success of SLA Property Management.

Operations Manager
Cameron combines a background in computer science with hands-on leadership experience in both software development and retail management. He brings a thoughtful, process-driven approach to daily operations, focusing on clear workflows, strong communication, and continuous improvement. Cameron is especially passionate about streamlining systems in ways that support ethical, transparent property management and better outcomes for residents, owners, and the broader community.
